- In the event your product is damaged at the point of delivery, contact us immediately on +94 71 588 3355 and drop us an email on redrose@gmail.com with a photograph of your product, delivery receipt, and a description of the damage.
- Please note that the Returns policy will not apply to goods which have been physically destroyed, used, or damaged by the negligence of the customer or a third party.
- Products that are marked as non-returnable on the website will not be eligible for returns.
- The conditions for returns will depend on the product description, as set out on the website.
- In the event you wish to avail yourself of the refund policy, please write to us on redrose@gmail.com or contact us on +94 71 588 3355 within 07 days of your purchase. The products must be in its original condition, with price tags intact. We will inspect the returned product, and at its sole discretion, opt to refund the cost of the product, and transfer the said cost of the product to your account within 07 working days.
- The warranty on products will differ with the product and will be clearly indicated on the website or on the product itself.

Return Policy

- Your request will be responded by our team who will then contact you within 14 days of your returns request. A delivery partner will then be dispatched to assess and verify the damage. Upon your request being processed and it being ascertained that the product is in fact damaged, you will receive a replacement in lieu of the damaged product, as long as the product has its original tags, is in its undamaged manufacturer packaging/ Courier Services packaging, as well as with its delivery receipt intact.

Delivery Policy
- Orders will generally be processed within 7 working days of confirmation of the order, unless there are delays which occur outside our control.
- Our deliveries are done by an outside company, as such, please note that we may have to act as per their guidelines and limitations. However, they will provide services from Monday to Friday excluding weekends, mercantile holidays and Poya days.
- Delivery charges will be applied depending on the delivery location and the weight of the package. Our delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- The Customer is advised not to accept any delivery in the event there are any damages to the product/s.
- In the event the Customer accepts the product/s without complaint, it shall be presumed that the product/s was/were delivered in good condition.
- In the unlikely event that there is a delay in delivery, we will endeavor best to contact you over the telephone and inform you if there are such delays.
